The menu features a rotation from their signature bold Mexican/Guatemalan/Ethiopian blend by Daymar Coffee Roasters to single-origin offerings from Blankspace Roasters. This commitment to quality extends to their tea program with ceremonial-grade matcha from local San Diego tea house PARU, and an in-house bakery using premium Central Milling grains to anchor our modern take on traditional pastries. At its core, Marta is a mission-driven space focused on community and the art of gathering.
