Yipao Coffee is a Colombian-owned specialty coffee roaster, founded 8 years ago in San Diego, focused exclusively on high-quality Colombian coffees.

We’re fully owner-operated: Jairo, General Manager, leads roasting and I, María, im the quality control as a certified Q Arabica Grader, supported by an incredible team that brings everything to life every day.

Pour overs are at the heart of what we do, featuring standout coffees across regions, varieties, and processes. Our menu also includes espresso-based drinks and cold brew, plus a minimal selection of non-coffee options like chai and matcha, but everything we do starts with coffee.

We keep the food offering simple and intentional (pastries + small bites), and we offer retail bags in-store and online, shipping across the U.S.
