We’re located inside Bread & Salt, a former bread factory dating back to the 1950s that now serves as a communal space for artists. It’s home to a variety of art studios and creative spaces, and we’re based in the “Mixer Room”—the area where the original bread-processing machinery once operated. 

Our aesthetic is industrial, layered with our own interpretation of contemporary Mexican design. Our mission is to highlight Mexican coffees, and we roast our beans in-house. We also feature coffees from Ethiopia, Honduras, and Colombia.

At the bar, we offer classic drinks like cappuccinos, espresso, and cortados, alongside a selection of lattes inspired by our childhoods. Two of our most popular drinks are the Orange Dream and the Piloncillo Latte. We also have a brew bar where guests can explore different pour-over options using our current offerings—ranging from a co-fermented coffee from Colombia to a washed coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico.
