■ Tampd Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

These Terms govern your use of the Tampd mobile app (“App”) and services (“Services”). By using Tampd, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

Tampd connects users with verified specialty coffee shops that meet defined quality and ethical standards.

2. Accounts

You must be 13+ to use Tampd. Provide accurate info, keep your password secure. Tampd may suspend accounts for misuse.

3. Specialty Coffee Standards

Tampd showcases cafes that uphold specialty coffee principles, including authentic beverages, skilled baristas, ethical sourcing, and sustainable practices.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Cafe owners subscribe via Apple’s in-app subscription system (IAP). Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed via Apple ID → Subscriptions. Tampd does not store payment

data.

5. Conduct

You agree not to misuse Tampd, post false info, or disrupt operations. Violations may result in termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and trademarks belong to Tampd. You may not copy or reuse materials without consent.

7. Liability

Tampd is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Users may delete accounts by emailing hello@tampdapp.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA.
